Invoicing automation, account security, and a refreshed interface. Here's what shipped in January.

Recurring invoices

Create an invoice once, then set it to generate automatically on a schedule: weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Useful for retainers, subscriptions, and any repeating work.

  • Choose your frequency and duration (run indefinitely, for a set number of invoices, or until a specific date)
  • Preview the next 6 invoice dates before activating
  • Pause, resume, or cancel anytime
  • Turn on auto-send and each invoice goes out on its scheduled date

Invoice templates

Stop re-entering the same settings. Templates let you save invoice configurations (currency, labels, tax rates, formatting) and switch between them instantly.

  • Create templates for different clients, languages, or currencies
  • Each template tracks its own invoice number sequence
  • Switch templates mid-invoice with a single click

Useful if you invoice in multiple languages or work with clients across different regions.

Two-factor authentication

Your account now supports TOTP-based two-factor authentication. Enable it from Settings → Account and use any authenticator app: Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password.

  • Backup codes in case you lose access to your authenticator
  • "Trust this device" option to skip 2FA on devices you use regularly
  • Set it up during onboarding or enable it later from settings

Notification preferences

You choose what gets your attention. Pick which notifications you receive and how: in-app, email, or both.

Notification types include:

  • Bank account synced
  • Invoice paid
  • Invoice overdue
  • Recurring series ending
  • Bank connection expiring

Each notification can be toggled independently for each channel. No more unwanted email floods.

Smarter match suggestions

The matching engine got a refresh. Suggestions are more accurate, and the UI helps you move faster:

  • Y to accept a match
  • N to skip and search
  • / to open search
  • Confidence scores help you prioritize high-quality matches

Interface polish

  • Filterable tabs on the entries view, so you can switch between "To do" and "All" without opening filters
  • Collapsible sidebar sections, so navigation stays tidy and you expand only what you need
  • Redesigned account settings, with profile, preferences, and data export in one place
