Invoice Templates

Create and manage multiple invoice templates, each with its own branding, labels, and settings.

How it works

1. Create templates: click the template dropdown in the invoice editor footer and select "New Template"
2. Customize settings: use the settings cog to change labels, tax settings, currency, and formatting for each template
3. Switch instantly: select any template from the dropdown to apply its settings to your current invoice

Each template remembers its own configuration:

• Custom title and labels (Invoice, Factura, Rechnung, etc.)
• Tax type and rate
• Currency
• Date format
• Number format and prefix

Templates help if you invoice in multiple languages or currencies, or use different branding for different clients.
